4. Service Policy
Platform Relationship
Adalyn Home Cleaning LLC operates as a marketplace platform connecting Requesters (clients) with Providers (independent contractors). All Providers operate as independent contractors and not employees of Adalyn Home Cleaning LLC.
Poaching and Recruitment
Requesters agree not to directly solicit or hire Providers outside the platform. A referral fee of **$1,540** will apply if a Requester hires a current or former Provider within one year of their agreement with Adalyn Home Cleaning LLC.
Guarantees and Refunds
We offer a 100% Happiness Guarantee. If dissatisfied, Requesters may request a re-clean of missed areas. Claims must be submitted within **72 hours** of the service with supporting documentation (photos, etc.).
Cancellation Fees
A cancellation fee of **10%** of the total booking may apply if a service is canceled within 24 hours of the appointment or if the Provider cannot perform the service due to the Requester’s fault (e.g., no access to the property).
5. SMS and Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in to messages, you consent to receive text messages from Adalyn Home Cleaning LLC regarding your account, bookings, service updates, and customer support.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your bookings and account activity.
- Pricing: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
