Roughly half our work is recurring house cleaning for Omaha families — the weekly or bi-weekly reset that keeps a home from getting away from you. The other half is short-term rental turnovers for Airbnb and VRBO hosts, including owners who live nowhere near Nebraska and need someone they can actually trust with a key.
Those two jobs need different things. Families want the same person every time and a house that feels handled. Hosts need linens swapped, supplies restocked, and the turn finished before the next check-in. We built the company to do both properly rather than doing one and improvising the other.
